What
is The Value Connection?
Simply
put, “The Value Connection” is a way for you to save money on
items or services you buy retail all the time. But you won’t pay
retail with The Value Connection. We offer goods and services from
Central Minnesota businesses at a deep discount to you. Typically
20-30%. All you have to do is buy a merchandise or service
certificate through the Value Connection and save, save, save! And
you can save a number of ways, both online and off-line.
How
do I order items?
You
can order items several ways with The Value Connection:
-- online at TheValueConnection.com,
or
-- at our Value Connection Office at 640 Southeast Lincoln Avenue
in St. Cloud between 8 a.m. and 6 p.m., Monday through Friday, or
Saturdays, 9 a.m. to 1 p.m.; or
-- at the Guest Services desk at the Crossroads Shopping Center
Food Court; or,
-- at Miller Auto Plaza Reception Desk, or
-- on our Value Connection Hotline at 320-258-SAVE.
However
you place your order, you're sure to save with the Value
Connection!
I'm
concerned about giving my credit card on the internet!
We
use a secure server and encryption software to keep your credit
card information secure. If you have concerns, you can call and
place your order at 320-258-SAVE outside the St. Cloud, Minnesota
calling area, Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.,
or Saturdays between 10 a.m. and noon Central Time.
How
is my privacy protected?
We
will not give or sell your personal information to third parties.
No selling lists. No spam. We may from time to time send you
information about Value Connection specials or alert you to
specials. But if you don't want these updates, simply click here
and look for the SUBSCRIBE / UNSUBSCRIBE box. Type in your
e-mail address and use the drop-down menu to UNSUBSCRIBE.
Hit SUBMIT, and you'll be taken off the list!
How
much is shipping and handling?
Shipping
and handling is on us. No charge.
When
will my certificates arrive at my mailbox?
We
will process all orders before the end of the business day
following your online transaction. If you choose to have your
certificates mailed, you should see them in your mailbox within
the next five business days from date of purchase. If you do not
receive them within that time frame, please contact us. If you
need your certificates earlier than that, please consider picking
up your certificates at our offices.
What
is your return policy?
All
sales on THEVALUECONNECTION.com are final. We do not make refunds
on orders after payment for your certificates are made. Once a
credit card transaction online, or a cash transaction at our
business office is made, there will be no refunds.
What
is The Best Value of the Day?
Each
weekday, we offer a couple of products or services at an EVEN
DEEPER DISCOUNT. Those are our Best Values of the Day, and you can
see what’s even cheaper on the Value Connection by visiting our
website each day and clicking on “Best Value of the Day.”
You
can order The Best Value of the Day by phone between 9:00 a.m. to
5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, or Saturdays between 10 a.m. and
noon by calling our Value Connection Hotline at 258-SAVE! Or you
can order the Best Values anytime by going to our “Best Value of
the Day” page. “The Best Value of the Day” is subject to
change without notice.
How long do I have to use my certificates?
There
are no expiration dates on our Value Connection
certificates.
When
can I pick up my order?
Please
give us a full hour from the time of your internet order to
prepare your certificates.
You
have three complete business days from the date of purchase to
pick up your certificates.
If
you are ordering by phone and are unable to pick up your
certificates, we do allow you to send us a check, but it MUST get
to us within those three business days. Otherwise, your order will
be deleted and your check will be returned to you. You can make

During which hours may I pick-up my certificates?
You
can pick-up your Value Connection orders at our offices on Southeast
Lincoln Avenue:
