Sol Azteca opend in April of 2024 in the former Kentucky Fried Chicken building on the Highway 10 frontage road. Ubaldo and his family are offering their unique spin on Mexican food for you to enjoy. A native of Mexican City, Uba has worked in the hospitality industry here in St. Cloud for years, but now he has the chance to own and operate his own fine Mexican establishment. Enjoy their take on traditional south-of-the-border dishes in their newly-remodeled dining area.
