This process offers a comforting and rejuvenating massage experience that can be personalized for you with speed, intensity, location and temperature controls. Hydromassage helps relieve soreness and stiffness and helps increase blood circulation. This contributes to muscle recovery and offers temporary relief from minor aches and pains. This process also helps reduce stress, tension and anxiety and it can increase mental wellness and relaxation. Hydromassge is a system also being used at the Mayo Clinic and at major fitness businesses like Planet Fitness and Crunch Fitness.
